Purchase: I got this saddle somewhat through ebay: the listing had expired and no one bid on it so I contacted the lister/owner to see if it was still for sale. It was used in excellent condition. I got it at a steal for $300.
Likes: I absolutely love this saddle. A huge step up from my very first saddle (a Kincade, which got the job done but not well). This saddle is so perfect and fits long-legged riders like me and shorter-legged riders too. I got it for such a steal it was amazing. The leather is very soft and dark, seat is extra comfy, puts me in a great position and fits my hunter gelding well (who happens to be a paint so he is wider than most horses). It looks and feels like one of the more expensive saddles. An excellent buy.
Dislikes: I can't think of one thing that I don't like about this saddle.
Quality: The construction is excellent. Leather is very soft, sticky and darkens easily with oiling. Fits many different types of horses from quarters, to ponies to warmbloods. Tree is great. Very well put together.
Summary: Amazing saddle. Fits many different types of horses and riders and is very well put together. A great buy, I highly recommend this saddle.
