Purchase: I got this saddle at the PA horse expo, 2010. I payed around $900 for it and it was brand new. I was looking for a better jumping saddle, as I have already gone through 2 all purpose saddles that did not work well at all.
Likes: I really like the seat and knee rolls. They are soft and squishy. The flaps are more durable, but still with nice leather that is a bit sticky. It has nice, substantial knee and thigh blocks, which are great for jumping, and exactly what I need. It is balanced and is a very nice saddle.
Dislikes: There was nothing that I did not like...just keep in mind the seat sizes are a tad small than normal. I usually ride in a 16.5" A/P saddle, but this one is a 16.5" close contact...it fits me perfectly right now with a little room to grow, but not much, so keep that in mind.
Quality: Construction was good, nice even, tight stitching and a nice level tree.
Summary: Overall, this is a great saddle...I was looking at Antares, but for a saddle, you don't even know how long a Antares will last you. I really like this saddle, and I think it is worth it for you to check out too.
