Close Contact Saddles
Manufacturer: Beval
Model: Princeton
Category: Close Contact Saddles
Purchase: I bought my saddle at the Beval store in New Jersey and paid around $550 for it (on sale).
Likes: The saddle was extremely comfortable and took very little time to break in. The color is gorgeous and it has fit a variety of horses, everything from thoroughbreds to stocky ponies. I've had it for 5-ish years and it still looks almost brand new (with heavy use).
Dislikes: There really isn't must to dislike. The billets and sweat flap were pretty stiff when I first got it but with some oiling they were as soft and supple as the rest of the saddle.
Quality: The quality is fantastic! I've been riding 4-5 days a week for the past 5 years with it and it's still in awesome condition.
Summary: This is definitely a worth while purchase, much nicer saddle than some of the pricier ones.
