Purchase: I have several sets of these. I've bought some used on ebay for 50 dollars, and others new in Germany for the equivalent of 120 US dollars.
Likes: These boots are GREAT! Super easy to put on with very strong velcro. Even manageable with bulky winter gloves on. The velcro and elastic ensure that they fit a variety of leg sizes well, and stay snug. I use them for schooling, trail rides, turn-out and competitions. They come in a variety of colors if you like to be creative with your horse's wardrobe. They also clean up well--simply throw them in your home washing machine and air dry.
Dislikes: They can rub on the edges if they are put on tightly, so probably should be used by complete beginners (like any/all boots and wraps).
Quality: They are very durable, but are still susceptible to being eaten by unattended youngsters who are bored in their turnout. They are tough but if the velcro is pulled loose, they are difficult to get repaired.
Summary: Overall great boots. You can use them on a multiple horses in multiple situations. Durable, attractive, and simple to use and maintain. I recommend to anyone.
