Likes: This saddle is rider comfortable and is adjusted at the company for a particular horse. Security in the polley for rider on difficult trails.
Dislikes: Customer service and followup is deplorable. Once you get this product you are on your own. If it doesn't fit OR even worse IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE FIT, your inquiry is met with terse, arrogant, defiant reply whether in person or via internet. It had better fit on the first go around or you are stuck with an expensive item.
This saddle is listed on the site as weighing 19 lbs. Not in this universe! Even without fittings it is very heavy. Try 34 lbs. Don't be fooled that this is a light saddle, it is the weight of a typical Western saddle.
Quality: Materials are from Australia, assembled in India. The leather is stiff but seems good quality. Workmanship is good but not stellar. VERY heavy saddle.
Summary: This is a good product made of quality materials. The tree is adjustable but woe to you if you have a question or issue after your receive your saddle. That is my biggest problem, the arrogant and non-helpful reply of the company owner. So the saddle is a 4 and the customer service a 1. Buy at your own risk. If it doesn't fit good luck.
