Likes: Can't describe the item as it never existed. Seller communicated this via a later email.
Dislikes: Can't say as I never received the item.
Quality: Huge delay in posting and then an unacceptable substitute item was sent in place. The saddlery later admitted that the item "won" never existed. The substitute item was returned to the seller, as instructed and at a further cost to me. No refund has been received or a resolution reached.
Summary: Beware. Warning to anyone thinking of buying from this seller. If the dealing goes smoothly they are OK but otherwise horrible seller to sort out any problems with.
