Bromont Tall Winter Boots
Model: Bromont Tall Winter Boots
Category: English Chaps/Boots/Helmets
Purchase: I needed a new pair of winter boots and I really didn't want the cluncky winter boots that I had before, so I did my research and decided on these. I bought them at Greenhawk (when they were at the Royal Winter Fair) for $299
Likes: They are so warm! And they're not that clamy warm that when you take your foot out of the boot they're still warm. They are not too warm either... I can wear them when it is still cold outside, but I get really warm when I ride. I have high arches and the Ariat foot bet really supports my foot and helps to keep my foot from getting to tired. Zippered boots are the best invention since sliced bread! I love the zippers! High arches paired with bad knees makes getting pull on boots not only a task, but also really painful! The leather on these boots are not the traditional stiff leather used in field boots but its really, really supple! These boots broke in really quickly and were anything but hard to do so! They are WATERPROOF and the sole is really grippy for our Canadian winters. They're wonderful because you can ride in them, catch your horse in them, and do chores in them! And then you can just wipe them off! The tall boots take the warmth all the way up so you're never cold and you don't have to try and fit a half chap over the bulky bottom. These boots look so great that they're show worthy, which is wonderful if you plan to show in the winter! They also have suade on the inside for better grip.
Dislikes: I have long legs and the boot only comes in the regular height so they dropped just a bit too low for me, but I'm not going to be showing in them, and if I do they're not even that bad!
Quality: very good quality, the leather is supple, black and really easily broken in. I have had no issues with these boots what so ever, I absolutely love them!
Summary: Buy them! They are well worth the money, I have had them for 2 years now and they look like new! beautiful, beautiful boots! and so comfy that I love putting them on and don't mind wearing them in the dead of the Canadian winter because they don't even feel like your wearing winter boots!
