Jumping Saddles
Manufacturer: Wintec
Model: All purpose
Category: Jumping Saddles
Purchase: Bought it on the Internet for $350
Likes: It doesn't need oiling and cleans with a wet sponge and that's great.
Dislikes: This saddle is so hard to get a good seat in. My husband and I both ride and it doesn't fit either one of us because the leathers are positioned too far forward. I've talked with several teachers and they say their students can't get a good leg position in this saddle.
Quality: Very good quality materials that last even in our hot Texas heat. The little jump rolls that can be removed are worthless. They stick on with velcro and that lasts about 10 rides before they fall out.
Summary: I wouldn't recommend this saddle to a beginner trying to learn--it's just too hard to keep your legs in position.
