Purchase: I received the full set (front and back) for Christmas, but I believe they were purchased at the ThinLine website, thinlineglobal.com.
Likes: These boots are great. They stay in place no matter what, including excess sweat, rubbing, jumping, anything. I have always had a hard time finding boots that stay put for my horse, but these have never slipped, not even once. Also, they're super easy to clean. The directions say that you can throw them in the washing machine, but simply wiping them off with a wet rag does the job. The ThinLine material doesn't absorb water, so they don't get nasty with absorbed sweat, and it molds when it's warmed up by your horse's body heat. The outer shell is hard, so I don't have to worry about him cutting himself with his own feet, even though he's a really clumsy boy. The fit is perfect, too.
Dislikes: They're a bit pricey, around $160 or so for the set of 4, but they're still cheaper than similar boots, like Eskadrons, Equi-Fit, and Veredus.
Quality: Excellent. I don't see these coming apart any time soon. All the stitching is very tight and secure, and the material itself seems very sturdy and durable.
Summary: These are awesome boots. They might not have the popular brand name smeared across the side, but it's a great brand. They're super easy to clean, they don't slide around on your horse's legs, and they seem to be comfortable and protective to me!
