Purchase: I purchased this bridle from Bit of Britain as a COB size, cost was $252.00.
Likes: The leather quality is exceptional, really broke in easy, it came with a beautiful metal link brow band, and the rubber reins were really nice, those alone are 86.95. They weren't to wide or bulky, but really soft and fit a small hand well. The color is really nice. Should I break anything, I can order replacement part to match.
Dislikes: The one thing that didn't fit was the figure eight nose band. It was just way to small. By the time I realized this my 20 days to return had passed by. I think the nose band doesn't run true to COB size so if you need this figure 8, or have a horse that you think is hard to fit, you'd be better off getting the bride where you can order the different size parts you need like big nose band, or horse size brow band on a COB size bridle.
Quality: The quality is the best I've seen. The leather wasn't dried and the dye was perfect. The brow band looked really constructed well, even the reins had an extra adjustment hole at the buckle.
Summary: This is a beautiful bridle that will last me forever, compared to the cost of other bridles these days, this is a great buy. Watch your return dates closely, I thought I had 30 days but when I checked it was only 20, plus everyone is wanting you to return everything in their original container so save everything you get until you're positive you are going to keep it.
