Purchase: I bought this bridle online from SmartPak Equine.com and paid $110 plus shipping.
Likes: I bought this bridle as a gift for a friend and when I opened the package I considered buying myself one too. The leather is buttery soft and a wonderful color. It oiled up very nicely, it did darken some but it made the white stitching pop!I also love that the reins are fancy stitched to match!
I like the comfort crown too, its very different. The padding is nice without being too bulky.
Dislikes: This seems silly but where the bits hooks on there is an extra piece of leather (presumably to prevent extra stretch and wear) that sticks out when the bit is fastened on. I would prefer if it was stitched on instead of being left loose. This is very minor though
Quality: The quality of the leather is excellent. One girl at the barn thought I paid around $300 for this bridle, its that nice. Its buttery soft and oils up unbelievably well.
I cannot comment of durability as my friend has not has this bridle long but it seems very well made.
Summary: Get out and buy yourself one of these bridles! Excellent quality at a low price and no one will ever know you only paid $110. I definitely recommend buying from SmartPak as well, their customer service is outstanding!
