Purchase: i bought this from rodeo ranch tack shop in a set for $200 when i was 12.
Likes: i loved this saddle, it was comfortable and put me in a great position. i rode this saddle for almost 10 years. it was in open shows and 4h. it fit my horse well and he seemed to like it. it looked nice, i loved the suede knee rolls, they made the saddle look nice. it fit wide ponys, horses, and drafts well.
Dislikes: i didn't like that since it was a wide tree it didn't fit some of the other narrower horses i was riding.... so ultimately i had to sell it but mannn do i miss it.... ( person i sold it to used it on the draft and it fit well)
Quality: good quality for the $, never did get a rip or tear in it. the stitching was great, and the suede never faded. the billets held up well and the flaps even when bent all around (like kids do when they just dump there tack down anywhere) never did end up ruined or marked up.
Summary: great starter saddle - mine was still going strong after 10 years
