Purchase: I bought this bridle at a local tack shop for $285.00. I had owned an edgewood before and loved it so i bought another with matching raised fancy stitched reins.
Likes: Beautiful stitching and sturdy material.
Dislikes: I oiled this bridle and it turned a reddish brown (not even an attractive one). The more I tried to break the bridle in and the longer I had it the more "purpleish" the bridle seemed to be. This was extremely frustrating and nothing seems to help.
Quality: The stitching is tight but the colour the leather turns is horrid. I prefer a rich brown with minimal red undertones which this bridle does not have.
Summary: Overall i am disappointed in edgewoods recent outputs.
