Purchase: I bought these boots used from ebay for $100.
Likes: I love the low profile look. They are really easy to get off and on.
Dislikes: They have come off on every trail ride. Every time I've hit a sticky or deep spot, I've lost one. I thought maybe it was the used velcro's fault, so I ordered all new velcro straps from the company, but I still have trouble keeping them on during a trail ride.
Quality: They are really a well-made horse boot. I don't know how much use mine have had before I got them, but the soles and cables have held up well.
Summary: I love using these boots to school at home (I ride in my pasture, and the footing is rocky), but I have to resort to my Old Mac boots for trail rides if I don't want to spend time retracing my steps for my wayward boot :)
