Purchase: I purchased this saddle slightly used from a local tack shop for $500 without leathers or fittings. I had done my research on the Crump brand to make sure they put out a good product and the saddle would last.
Likes: I LOVE this saddle. It has fit both a medium high withered quarter horse and my current shark-withered TB. The seat is super comfy and it has a more forward flap with adjustable knee rolls which is great for my long legs. Between my high-withered horseys and my long legs, saddle fitting has always been no fun! I also feel very secure in this saddle, which is great when you own a spook prone mare!
Dislikes: I am not a huge fan of the color (havana), but that is just personal preference.
Quality: This saddle has held up well and I rarely have to condition/oil it to keep it looking great. It even survived my horse slipping and falling HARD while cantering in wet grass without a single scratch!
Summary: I would recommend this saddle to anyone.
