Likes: Idea is good with being able to add shims and it seems to help with saddle fit.
The wool is nice & thick
Dislikes: The quality of this pad is BAD. Also the wither clearance split is to long which may be attributing to the Quality issues
Quality: Its falling apart after less than a dozen rides! We only ride the horse we use this on 2 or 3 times a month!
Stitching started coming loose after a couple rides, even the wool has ripped about a inch BELOW the stitching area.
Summary: I really don't recommend this pad at all unless you want to waste $100+
I did email Reinsman, but read on their site there really is no warranty on this product.
