Likes: The panels are fairly flat and sit very nice on my two hanoverians, one is 17+ with a good set of withers and the other is 16.3 with a flatter back and lower wither. The saddle is described as regular tree but does fit "wide". I like the balance and security of this saddle as I also trail ride in it and it is great for going up and down hills. The monoflap gives a close contact and the saddle is really light in weight.
Dislikes: At first I did not like the stirrup bar being set so far back, I could really feel the stirrup strap buckle under my thigh. However once the leathers broke in and the buckle laid flat I no longer felt the buckle.
Quality: The quality is outstanding, the buffalo had a "nap" (almost suede like) but now it is smooth after approx. 6 yrs of use.
Summary: I love riding in this saddle, it is very comfortable and fits my big and wide hanoverians well. It is light weight and easy to hoist up on a 17 hh horse.
