Purchase: bought pad per recommendation of Richey Wingfield Trainer near where i live. Pad will not slip off horse, and cushions horses back, no matter the shape really good. Cleans up nice also. Love the pad. Stays put so well that when you go to remove your saddle have to remove saddle then pad, cant remove together easily due to pad staying put. thanks paid 130.00
Likes: stays put, saddle doesn't slide around on horses back, easy clean up. no need to tighten girth as tight, can mount horse from ground and saddle not slip sideways while trail riding. husband uses during exca horse competitions and leans over to side of horse, stands on horse, goes up banks, threw creeks, and saddle has never slipped.
Dislikes: top of pad attracts dirt and knots up. I use blanket over pad
Quality: very soft on horse, durable. my horse got ahold of pad, took into his stall and chewed, pawed, and lord knows what else all night i brushed and washed it off and it was as good as new.
Summary: have bought 3 more of these pads for my husband and grandaughter. love them. would tell anyone to buy.
