Purchase: I searched the internet and could only find these fishnet sweat sheets in the UK. I remembered Chicks carrying some really neat older style equipment so emailed them. They emailed right back with a picture and price. Paid $22.90, excellent customer service.
Likes: Old fashion fishnet horse sweat/cooler sheet. These allow the horse to cool without heating them up even more. Lots of sizes, excellent price and quality. They aren't as heavy as my original one from 25 years ago but will still do the job. They even come with a surcingle.
Dislikes: They only come in natural color no choice on colors.
Quality: There is a single side buckle on the front, binding all the way around and the wide surcingle around the belly. A fishnet sweat sheet/cooler/antisweat sheet resembles a fishing net, it is loosely made and is not like the irish sweat sheet which is really tightly constructed. The horse still cools but it doesn't trap the heat and make the horse even hotter.
Summary: This fish net has lasted the test of time and though it isn't as fashionable as the products on the market today there is definitely still a need to have one in your tack room.
