Purchase: I bought this saddle from the local rep in Minneapolis for $4800.
Likes: Please read this before you do business with County!!! I was so excited to buy this saddle! I had the local rep out and I rode in her demo Perfection, loved it and said this is exactly what I want...order me this! As I was riding in her demo I felt so comfortable, it truly was a beautiful feel and fit. My biggest mistake that day was not confirming with the rep where she had the velcro'd flaps set. When we filled out the contract she told me she was ordering my new saddle in a forward flap. This didn't alarm me because I thought if this is what I just rode in then fine..she knows her job. WRONG! Big mistake on my behalf! After 4, which was suppose to be 3, long months with horrible updates or return calls, the saddle arrives. To my surprise I got in the saddle and my thighs didn't reach the blocks! I called her and told her it doesn't fit me and her reply was that this is what my trainer and I told her we wanted. We literally had NO dialog with her about this whatsoever! I was so furious you can't imagine! We sent the saddle to Colorado and they had the flaps brought back about a half inch which was not enough to help me out. The company sided with the rep and said it was her word against mine. I asked the rep if your demo saddle fit me just fine and I told you to order me one just like it then how come I can't fit in this one??? Her reply was that the velcro'd flaps must have migrated back when I was riding in it...RIGHT! I was told by the company that I would have to pay an additional $800 to have the original flaps that I wanted put on the saddle. Well, I thought screw that! I sent the saddle back and lost my 1k deposit because it was in custom brown and she lost her commission.
Dislikes: I would never do business with this company ever again and do not recommend anyone else to. I have heard horror stories from friends here in MN about their experiences and I would seriously pay attention to this now if I were newly considering them. The company will not back you up even if it is their own reps' mistake and will not make the situation right for you if something goes wrong. Furthermore, their local reps' customer service was horrible! She never returns calls...EVER! and don't think for a second she is gonna follow up with a demo saddle either. I am in sales and if I treated my customers the way she treated me, I would be out of business! Other reps may be better but I would seriously ask around before going this route!!!! There are a lot of other saddles on the market that are just as nice! Listen to these reviews and do your homework first...it will be worth it! And learn from my mistake and make a list of questions to ask when you are meeting with a rep so you are prepared and know what to expect!
Quality: Gorgeous saddle, very comfy.
Summary: Go somewhere else to buy a saddle! This company is horrible to deal with and will not support their customers even if it is their reps' fault a mistake happened.
