Purchase: I placed an order on Chicks Saddlery's website 12/3/2010. The first part of the items were shipped 12/16/10. No indication on their website that anything was on backorder. As of 12/23/2010 I have yet to receive one single item, but just now received email that they just now shipped another part of my order. All items are Christmas gifts for friends, and not one single items is here by Christmas.

Dislikes: I wouldn't know I have not received anything 20 days after placing the order.
