Purchase: I purchased a custom made saddle from Dixieland Saddles. It cost $999 with $335 for extras such as Latigo Saddles Strings, Extra Seat Padding, Ready Stirrup Turners, matching tooled stirrups, double in skirt rigger, wool felt ringing, plus a wool saddle pad
Likes: I love everything about this saddle. It is the most comfortable saddle I have ever had and it fits my horse perfectly! Yesterday I was having problems keeping him in gait and he kept breaking into a trot. Today I put the Dixieland saddle on him and he gaited with no issues and never once broke into a trot. The deepness of the saddle makes you feel very secure. The look and feel of the saddle is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about it!
Dislikes: I like everything about it.
Quality: The craftsmanship is astounding and everyone that saw it was amazed at the quality. It is very well made, the leather is very good quality.
Summary: This is the saddle I have always been looking for. I can't thank Cynthia Wright enough for taking the time to ask me the right questions to know what type of saddle that would be best for my horse and myself and for taking the time to answer all the questions that I had
