Likes: As with all Rambo turnouts, the lightweight sheet is more than durable - I have Rambo turnouts that are over 12 years old. Rambos don't tear(unless after several years a companion horse works hard on the tail flap and the flap comes unstitched), they don't leak, they don't shift, hardware doesn't break, and they don't cause rubs. They outlast other blankets by years, so the initial outlay is worth the price. Horses are dry and warm under them, and I have never had a horse sweat with normal pasture play and even some typical Thoroughbred running for no reason. They fit a variety of breeds well (my horses are TB, AQHA & Holsteiner). Having tried several brands, I will never buy any other brand again.
Dislikes: My only complaint is that I'm tired of green...light and heavyweight turnouts only come in green, except for the Supreme or high neck styles.
Quality: Excellent construction, good fit, excellent at keeping horse dry, no shoulder rubs, no shifting even on a horse that rolls frequently and bucks, rears, etc. in the pasture. Quality lasts for many years. I have friends with 15-year-old Rambos that are still in excellent condition and still keep horses dry and warm.
Summary: I believe there is no turnout to compete with Rambo - they last years, fit well, and keep horses warm and dry. All my sheets, medium weight and heavyweight turnouts are Rambo.
