Purchase: This saddle was given to me by my aunt when it did not fit her horses. I do not know what she paid for it.
Likes: This is a very comfortable saddle, even when new. It is also one of the very few saddles to fit my horse. It puts me in a great position when I ride and does not rub on my horse's back. It also has a deep seat and makes me feel more secure. The water resistance is great during the winter when it rains and during the summer when we have to ride with the sprinklers on.
Dislikes: The leather is quite stiff and the billets are short. I've gotten used to that, though.
Quality: Overall, the stitching is wonderful as is the tree of the saddle. Very good quality.
Summary: Aside from the leather, it is a very good quality saddle.
