Dislikes: This is NOT a wide calf boot, no matter that they claim that it is, nor is it a size 9 foot.
Quality: Once I found out I couldn't wear them I didn't even look it over - I put them right back in the box.
Summary: This is NOT a wide calf boot, no matter that they claim that it is. This supposedly size nine boot did not even allow enough room at the ankle where the zipper ends to get a foot in without risking the integrity of the zipper. I had to put it on barefoot to get thru the opening. Who rides barefoot in the winter?
Never mind trying to zip it up once my foot was in. This is NOT a wide calf boot. Are boot designers morons in this company (and most other boot companies, to be fair) that none of them take into consideration that people are wearing WINTER CLOTHING in the WINTER? They make everything so tight that you can only wear summer weight apparel if you don't want to cut off your circulation. Face it designers - winter means needing thicker, looser apparel so that the loft allows air to warm between you and your clothing.
