Purchase: We purchased them from the Smith Brothers store in Denton, TX for between $30 and $40.

Likes: I really like the feel of these reins and they are the perfect length (a rare find let me tell you!) It is extremely annoying when you ride a horse under 15h and your reins are in danger of being stepped on constantly! I also really like the cowboy button! Much easier to change out than the traditional ties, safer than the "quick change" options, and very snazzy looking!

Dislikes: They needed quite a bit of oiling at first because I didn't like the color but that was easily remedied.

Quality: I would put the quality at an 8 or 9 out of 10. The leather is pretty good, just that funny colored finish on it. On one rein where the weighted end begins there is a kink in the leather like the maker's knife slipped, but aside from that they are perfect

Summary: I will buy these again! I really like the cowboy button for easier changes and I really like the way they look. The long strings give a really neat look to your overall turn out.
