Purchase: I bought this sheet from Horseloverz for about $90. After buying and loving the 600 denier sheet, and purchasing several other brands of 1200 denier sheet, only to have them not fit my senior gelding, I decided to return to Centaur brand, since I knew that a size 72" in Centaur would fit my guy.
Likes: Same excellent fit, quality, and features as the Centaur Ultra 600 Denier sheet, only in a heavier weight, good for cold winter days. I love the Centaur slightly higher neckline, and long shoulder gussets. The hidden, limited stretch elastic in both the chest straps and belly surcingles allows for greater flexibility for your horse. I also love the reflective piping, and the range of colors that these sheets come in. These are very nice, well made, attractive sheets.
Dislikes: Again, the only negative is that the softness of the nylon used in the strapping makes it difficult to thread the end of the chest straps through the buckle. Oh, and the removable tail flap could be a problem if someone had horses who like to tug on each others' tail flaps, I suppose. But then again, with the detachable tail flap, at least your blanket doesn't get ruined when one horse grabs and pulls on it.
Quality: Excellent, excellent quality and construction. I can see myself getting years of wear out of these sheets.
Summary: Wonderful sheets. Size runs a hair big, which is great for me since my gelding is between sizes.
