Purchase: After months of investigating and educating myself, I purchased a Big Horn # 805 endurance/ trail saddle. I looked at Tucker's , Imus's and scores of others for triple the price. This saddle had everything and at same quality as others! Actually My Big Horn is more comfortable than the Tucker of comparable model!
It has great rigging for more comfort to the horse. I had a very cinchy horse. With this center fire rigging it allow more shoulder room- cinchiness gone! Extremely secure feeling on the horse which is a must on mountainous rides. leather of great quality, fenders nice and soft, flexible ( no more sore legs). I was sceptical of the stirrups which are rawlide and narrower. They are doable, however I did switch them out for a wider stirrup- no biggy.
Yes, quality, comfort, looks, and all the riggings place where they should for a safe ride. I'm sold on mine!
