Purchase: I recently bought this halter off of smart pack for 100 dollars.

Likes: I like how this halter looks on my horse, very show ready, padding is lovely, stitching is straight. Hardy enough for daily use.

Dislikes: It needs a lot of care to keep it looking nice, I don't mind this as I like taking care of my tack, but it gets rub marks easily so I oil it with passier lederbalsum just about every day. Every time I do this there is less of a rub mark the next day, so eventually it will be a worry free halter.

Quality: very nice leather, high quality, as I mentioned above, its not a sort of halter you can just leave and forget, but its so pretty when its taken care of its worth a minute or so of care everyday.

Summary: Great halter, if you don't want to take care of it maybe get something different, but if you want a high quality halter that looks amazing and is strong enough to handle daily turnout while still looking nice enough for showing, this is your halter.
