Purchase: I got these boots from Jeffer's Equine at Christmas time during their boot sale. I don't remember exactly what I paid but I know you can get them there now for around $70.
Likes: They look nice, just like real leather! They do not have to be broken in either, you can ride with them the first day. I like the spanish cut top as well as the classy toes. They look ready to go into the show ring with! I also like that you don't have to get special leather cleaner or polish, just use soap and water!
Dislikes: This may be just mine, but they seem to scratch easily. Mine also got this dirt gunk on the inside from my horse and it won't just rub off. I haven't cleaned them yet though, just brushed them off. Also, mine got a crease on the backs from the way they were in the box.
Quality: I've only had them for 3 months and haven't done a whole lot of riding in them during that time thanks to the weather, but they seem to be holding up well. Nothing has broken or become unstitched. Very nice considering they aren't real leather!
Summary: I have only had them for a short while but for the time I have had them they seem like a good boot. This is my first pair of riding boots too so I can't judge too much on the quality as compared to other boots, but they seem to be really nice. I would buy them again probably. I don't like the fact that they have scratched so easily though :(. A nice boot overall for the price and material.
