Purchase: I bought this saddle used for $300.
Likes: I have really enjoyed this saddle so far. First, I love the fact that it does not have knee rolls, which allows even more contact with the horse. The leather is soft and supple and looks almost brand new despite that fact that I bought the saddle used. It is a very nice looking saddle and I love riding in it. I also like that the pommel is higher than most saddles which helps to accommodate my Thoroughbred's high withers.
Dislikes: The billets are much shorter than my other saddle, which is not necessarily a negative, but did require me to buy a long girth. Also, one of the billet straps has started to separate down the middle. It is still very usable, but makes me wonder if other things will start to fall apart with more use. Hopefully not!
Quality: Construction and quality seem very reasonable for the price.
Summary: Overall I really like this saddle. I feel that it was worth what I paid for it and I would make this purchase again.
