Model: La Silla Grandiosa
Category: Dressage Saddles
Purchase: I bought this saddle used approx. 10 years ago for I believe 350 online.
Likes: It was then and still is today in great condition as the leather has withstood trail riding, showing, and been in several moves. There is no cracking anywhere and all stitching is holding up very well. Mine has a medium tree and has fit every horse it has been put on.
Dislikes: The seat is harder than some much more expensive saddles but once used to it dont you dont notice it. The saddle fits me like a glove (5'4" petite frame) but my sister (who is 5'9" and also petite framed) overshoots with her knees on this saddle
Quality: I want to purchase a black dressage saddle but refuse to part with this one as it is in such beautiful shape and obviously quality was a trait of the older crump saddles!
Summary: Love, Love, LOVE this saddle and wish crump was still the name it was years ago! If you find one of these oldies I would recommend not passing it up!
Usefulness Rating: 2.5 out of 5.
