Purchase: I contacted TDS about transporting a horse. All of the other transport companies I have spoken with required a deposit paid by credit card. TDS only accepts wire transfer. When I questioned this practice, as it does not allow me consumer protection as does my credit card, Tony became argumentative, belligerent, and demeaning. I was grateful I did not use this service as I don't want someone who becomes unprofessional when reasonable inquiries are being made.

Dislikes: Lack of professionalism and complete lack of understanding regarding what customer service is.

Summary: Please proceed with caution if considering a horse hauling bid from this company. Their customer service is as frightening as the terms of their contract.
