Purchase: Very bad experience. Kept my horse in an unknown "holding" area for 4 days, kept postponing delivery, horse is STILL no where to be found!
When I called to complain, the company owner became extremely belligerent and told me never to call him again.
Horrible experience, and I still have no idea where my horse is.
Likes: Nothing.
Dislikes: Inability to LOCATE MY HORSE.
Inability to deliver within promised time frame.
Inability to provide courteous, decent customer service.
