Purchase: I bought this saddle off of an advertisement flyer at the feed store. I was looking for a close contact saddle with padded flaps and knee rolls. I paid $350 used.
Likes: I really like the way this saddle feels. The leather is soft. I have oiled it and it only gets better! This saddle puts you in great position with it being slightly forward for jumping. Very comfortable seat. Seems to fit many of the horses I have tried it on.
Dislikes: Nothing!!!
Quality: This saddle is well made and the stitching is tight for a used saddle. Leather still looks perfect! Tree feels sturdy. The billets are reinforced with nylon to keep them from stretching or breaking. This saddle has been dropped, ridden on for several hours and not to mention was used when I bought it and it is still in GREAT condition!!!
Summary: If you are looking for a nice middle priced saddle don't hesitate to try this one! It is really similar to my Collegiate Finalist in looks and feel. I also love the two toned chestnut color! Nice overall saddle for the price!!!
