Purchase: I purchased this saddle off of Statelinetack.com, and I think I paid around $319 for it.
Likes: I love this saddle, I've ridden in more expensive ones before but they seemed more awkward for me. The saddle fits my horse and many of the other TB's we have at the farm. I've had it for five years and it's only shown normal wear. It was a good saddle for the price.
Dislikes: Took a little longer than I would have liked to break it in and the billet straps are very short, so I have to get a very long girth for my large horse.
Quality: I think the construction is pretty good for the price. It's no Pessoa, but it's put together well. I ride in it nearly every single day on multiple horses and I've seen no wear in the stitching and nothing has broken on it.
Summary: Over all I like this saddle, it's what you pay for, and for me it was perfect for what I needed it for. Eventually as my horse and I start to jump higher I might find another saddle but as far as I'm concerned it's perfect for us and what we do (we show only a few times a year and I've always had a nice turn out in this saddle). I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a first saddle.
