Model: Leather Oak Leaf
Category: Trail Saddles
Purchase: I bought this saddle used. Paid 350.00 for it.
Likes: It is a pretty saddle and lite weight. Fits my horse great.
Dislikes: I had to change the nylon stirrup straps for leather. Also had them mad to fit short people. I am 5'2 and they were to long and its hard to put hole in that nylon right. So now the saddle can be used by me and also for someone who is 6 ft. But it does not fit me. It makes my hips and back hurt the way I have to sit with my legs straight down. So now I have to get rid of it.
Quality: construction is good except for the nylon stirrup straps, which are a hard nylon. My wintec saddle has soft nylon and better quality tan the Abetta.
Summary: It is a nice saddle but I would sit in one before you buy it. If possible ride in it too. I did not get to ride in mine before I bought it.
Usefulness Rating: 2.72727 out of 5.
