Purchase: I purchased this product at Ace Tack for $7.95
Likes: I like the smell of this product, it has lavender and rosemary oils in it. I have tried many different detanglers for my horses mane and tail and this one is the first I have been satisfied with! I rubbed a small amount,(about the size of a quarter) into my horse's tail and rubbed it in. I let it dry for a few minutes and I was very impressed when it was not greasy and it did not dry out his tail. Now, it has been 3 days since I applied it and his tail remains tangle-free and mosturized...even after being in the pasture!
Dislikes: There was not much I did not like about this product, but I will say that I wish there was a larger tube available for purchase. They are only manufactored in small 8 oz tubes, but other than that, everything about this product is great!
Quality: It comes in a 8 oz tube that is very easily fit into the palm of my hand or tack box. All you need is an amount the size of a quarter for the mane or tail, and a little bit less for the forelock. You only need to apply once or maybe twice a week to keep a great looking mane and tail. My horse, the king of wind knots is proof!
Summary: I also noticed a signifagent growth in my arab's mane and tail. His wispy tail is now growing thicker! You can also dilute this product in water and bathe your horse with it to make a great soft coat!
