Purchase: Dover's description on the website for Rambo fly sheets did not explain clearly how the neck attachment works. The one I paid 69 for had a neck sewn in. I returned it and it took over a month to get the replacement with a detachable hood. I ended up paying more than I had originally planned. I paid 94 for this sheet so that I had the option of removing the neck.
Likes: I liked the fit. Rambo sheets are the only sheets that fit my big high withered thoroughbred. Mostly any other sheet will rub her shoulders.
Dislikes: She wore this for a week and it was damaged horribly in the first wash. I washed it at the barn in the same washer I use for all my sheets, on a gentle cycle in a washer net. It had holes and pulls all through it. I have returned it.
Also, the neck has huge, heavy cumbersome metal attachments and thick heavy velcro. I could tell it was irritating my mare.
Quality: Poor. The netting type of fabric pulls and tears easily. The metal clasps for the neck are big and heavy and the velcro seems to be thicker and stiffer than it needs to be.
Summary: This is an overpriced and poorly constructed sheet. Don't waste your money.
