Category: Dressage Saddles
Purchase: I purchased this saddle new for $1200 at Ace Tack. It is a medium tree and a 16.5".
Likes: I love the leather and the position it supports. It allows freedom in my lower leg but keeps my seat secure. I find it easier to feel my seatbones and to move with my horse. I have long legs and the panels are perfect for that. The leather is supple and very good and it fits my hard-to-fit Arabian perfectly at a medium tree.
Dislikes: This saddle took a long time to break in!
Quality: Once I broke it in I loved it. It is my favorite saddle to ride in and I will not think twice before getting another Keiffer. The stitching is top of the line and the leather is great. It is obvious that Keiffer puts serious effort into these saddles.
Summary: Its just a great and comfortable saddle. I really enjoy it and I believe it improves my position and softness greatly, and as any dressage rider knows that is very important.
