Dislikes: Everything! The boots came over a month late - 4 months total waiting time and only after repeated calls to South America.
The leather was not at all the color or finish I ordered - I ordered a matt mahogany brown and was sent a crinkly, shiny cinnamon brown. They didn't fit my foot at all and this was after i spent over an hour being measured for the boots.
Its been two weeks, I've sent the boots back and have not received a refund or a phone call.
Terrible customer service
Quality: Shoddy, cheap, ill-fitting
Summary: I would never do business with this company again and would advise people to steer clear. So far they have my money & I don't have the boots I ordered. Since it's been four months I hope I can still get a charge back from my credit card company. Probably the worst tack experience I've ever had. Very unhappy.
