Model: Bridle (without flash)
Category: English Bridles
Purchase: I purchased these bridles from Green River for about $50 each.
Likes: I like the fact that there is no leather to clean, and that I can use it in all kinds of weather without worry.
Dislikes: There are several things I didn't like like about these bridles. The nosebands (on both the cob and horse size) tend to run small. The synthetic material, while easy to maintain is very stiff, and has a "plastic" look. I also don't care for the "Wintec" logo on the browband.
Quality: The bridle's construction is sturdy and lasts for a long time.
Summary: I am a huge fan of Wintec saddles, but I don't care for their bridles very much. A much nicer bridle for the money is the Duratech synthetic bridle from Schneider's saddlery.
Usefulness Rating: 2 out of 5.
