Summary: Ordered a working barrel saddle from Chicks Saddlery over 7 weeks ago and my CC was charged and I have still NOT received the saddle. Very disappointed in the customer service as they did not even offer to make it right or discount my order or shipping in any way. They told me the saddle would ship out some time in November and that my CC would not be charged until then, which is untrue my CC was charged 7 weeks ago! I will not order anything again from Chicks Saddlery, as there are many other good companies to order from.
