Purchase: Bought online on sale. Paid about $180 in late 2009
Likes: LOVE the way the neck cover fits and stays put. Easy to put on and take off. The leg arches add to the good fit, and the overall fit is great.
Dislikes: The belly straps are very VERY short, barely getting around our fittest, leanest mare. The tail gate gets just mired in manure no matter how I adjust t, and then I cannot get it unclipped. What really bothers me is that these are NOT inexpensive rugs, and on ALL THREE we have bought, the fabric itself starts to fray and split, ultimately tearing and allowing rain and snow to wreck the insulation. These rugs cost too much to wear out so fast, with only 2 seasons wear normal. We have rugs for less than half the price that are 6 years old in good shape.
Quality: Poor quality, wimpy hardware and material that simply frays and splits. While the FIT and STYLE is very nice for our fit athletes, these rugs simply do not last long enough to justify buying another.
Summary: We would never buy another because they wear out and break down way too fast - much faster than our Stormshields and Shires.
