Purchase: I bought a brand new western saddle off their website, based on the Fit Forms they sent me, and the owner's input regarding which Fit Form was the best. She suggested the saddles she had in stock that were built on that tree. I think I paid about 1000.00 US.
Likes: Very well made, balanced, heavy leather. Looked to be quality construction
Dislikes: Too heavy and the skirts were too long for my close coupled horse.

Summary: We had to threaten to involve Visa when she refused to let me return a saddle I bought from her website....on that was OFF THE RACK, NOT custom. We did the fit forms thing and she said she had a saddle in stock that would fit him. We bought it, I received it, and it was not only heavy as lead, it was really just too big on him -meaning the square skirts were really big, stuff like that. I boxed it up and sent it back the very next day, I don't think it was out of the box more than 2 hours and it was in brand new condition, BRAND new. I told her let me just return it, and when I can get up your way, I'll come put saddles on him in person. No dice. She would only do a trade, no refunds. Well, for something off the shelf, a return within the same week in immaculate condition should mean a refund. It got pretty ugly before she saw the light and the Visa merchant services involvement. We got our money back and I've kept my end of the deal: if she's going to tell me in writing that I am the nastiest customer she's ever had, and that she doesn't need customers like me, then I'm going to spread the word about my story with her, and how nasty and insincere she is, ending every email with "God Bless" ...right after calling you names and treating you like crap. She said she didn't appreciate me threatening to call Visa, I told her I didn't like her treating a customer rudely when they returned an off-the-shelf item the next day, in perfect condition. I've been buying saddles for 30 years, this is the first vendor I've dealt with who does NOT process returns: She only does exchanges.
