Purchase: My husband had been looking for a saddle for his horse and ran across Crest Ridge Saddlery. He began corresponding with Debra and found out she was going to be just a few miles from where we live. He had already done some measuring, picture taking & etc. so when Debra made it in she had brought a few of her trees with her that she thought would work for us. We took the horses to her & fitted the trees to our horses. My horse is small and short backed & hard to fit, but she had one that fit perfectly. We paid $848.00 for the saddle & upgrade to the supracore seat & endurance stirrups. We went online initially to buy, but when we found out she was going to be near us we dealt directly with Debra.
Likes: This saddle was comfortable for me from the first time I sat in it. It is lightweight & easy for me to handle. I have sat in many saddles, but I must say that this saddle is the best fit I have ever had.
Dislikes: I have yet to find a thing that I don't like about this saddle.
Quality: The construction and quality of this product is very good! The tree was a perfect fit for my horse. The rigging and hardware of this saddle are made to last. The leather is good leather & will hold up. The saddle is a very nice looking saddle as well.
Summary: I am highly impressed with the customer service involved in picking out this saddle. Debra was great in working with us to fit our saddles to our horses from start to finish. After we received them we did a towel test to see that the fit was good & sent photos & discussed them with her. Every email we sent to her was answered very quickly & sincerely. Had these saddles not fit correctly or there had been any dissatisfaction with them she would've made it right. Trial period was extended on my husbands due to the weather to make sure the saddle fit the horse well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a saddle.
