Purchase: I ordered this saddle by phone from Crest Ridge after going thru 3 saddles trying to find one that fit my MFT...Cost was 907.00 with the extras....Endurance stirrups, slide by rigging and extra padding in the seat........Ordered in November 20011, saddle was in my hands in less than 3 weeks....
Likes: I was impressed with the quality of work on a saddle costing what the Sonata cost..This is a lightweight saddle built to last a long time...I think Crest Ridge has a superior design compared to their competitors for fit to horse and fit to rider....My horse gaits great in this saddle.....I ordered a new gaited saddle from another company and after 30 minutes riding my horse would go from a nice running walk to a hard jog trot from improper saddle fit...
Dislikes: I like everything....
Quality: Very well made lightweight saddle...
Summary: I had great communication with Debra and staff at Crest Ridge....Customer service is #1...They make you feel like they are on your side....That was refreshing after going thru 3 saddles before Crest Ridge, trying to get a decent fit...I had tried a new Dixieland that did not fit at all and 2 used gaited saddles a (Dakota and Circle Y) that were not much better.....We know that hindsight is always better....I would have saved myself alot of money if I had went to Crest Ridge first.....
