Purchase: I paid about $170 for this rain sheet at a tack store in MA when my old rain sheet was no longer waterproof.
Likes: I like the high elastic neck design and the tough material the sheet is made of.
Dislikes: It isn't waterproof! My horse wore it in heavy rain and it soaked right through and the sheet stayed wet for days. I called the company and they had me send it back to re-waterproof. They were helpful over email and even cleaned the sheet for me but they sent it back and it still wasn't waterproof! I tried contacting them several times afterwards to see what my options were and heard nothing back!
Quality: Besides not being waterproof it seems well constructed.
Summary: Had this sheet been waterproof I would have a high rating on it. It was very frustrating to go through the hassle of sending it back just to have it soak through again after getting it back. Having the company not respond to my emails the second time was frustrating as I had heard positive things about customer service and had found them willing to help the first time I contacted them.
