Purchase: Ordered at the 2010 WEG in KY, paid over $700 in advance.
Likes: Nothing--ordered in October 2010, it is now late December 2011 and I still don't have boots that fit, or for that matter any boots at all. This company is good at charging your credit card, but does not deliver.
Dislikes: These "custom" boots came after 6 months of waiting. They were at least one full shoe size too large on each foot, a bit too short, and too large in the calf. Who knows if they were actually my boots. I took them with me to another show where La Mundial was exhibiting, spoke to them in person, demonstrated the issues, and they understood and said they would fix them. They took the boots from me and said it would only take three weeks. That was on October 1, 2011. It is now late December 2011, and I am still getting the run around. First they said they couldn't find them. Then they called back and said they didn't understand what I wanted fixed. This is insanity.
Quality: not great.
Summary: Do not order from this company. Their display is impressive, and they are nice to speak to in their booths, but they don't make custom boots. You will get ripped off.
If I could give them a zero I would. 1 is too generous.
