Purchase: I purchased this saddle from Duett directly working through a saddle fitter. The saddle sells for $799
Likes: I love just about everything about this saddle. It is awesome! The gullet channel is wide enough to keep pressure off your horse's spine. The twist is perfect. The seat is amazing! The knee rolls are in the correct place for low level jumping and flat work.
Dislikes: I have not found anything yet that I don't like about this saddle. Maybe the billits are a bit short so I need a longer girth. That's it.
Quality: This saddle seems nicely constructed. A real value for the price. The seat leather was instantly comfortable. The sweat flaps are grippy but not hard. The Rhondo 3 is the same as the Rhondo 2 (which is black). They are an upgraded Rhondo. The only hitchy thing I have found in the construction is that the crupper plate on the rear of the saddle has 2 different colored nail heads.
Summary: I have not found a saddle I loved as much as my beloved Stuebben which I sold along with my TB .. this saddle is a gem with a terrific price tag.
